This is my favorite meal so far!! The pork is delicious, the kale is perfect and well seasoned, and the sweet potato purée ties it all together. It’s a nice change from the slightly bitter flavor profile of some of the meals too! Generous portion, and I could probably get away with splitting it in half for a light meal.
