Full Circle Food is the newest concept from Culinary Institute of America graduates and friends Chef Robbie Jester and Chef Tim Bolt.
Chef Robbie is a native of Delaware and has spent many years working in restaurants throughout the state. He has beaten Bobby Flay on Food Network and has competed and won on Guy’s Grocery Games. Robbie has been voted Best Chef Upstate by Delaware Today 3 consecutive years. In 2020 Robbie was honored as a Rising Star by the Delaware Restaurant Association and by the Delaware Business Times in their 40 Oustanding Leaders under 40. In addition to being chef and partner of Full Circle Food, Robbie is the Culinary Director for High 5 Hospitality.
After culinary school, Chef Tim, a native of Virginia, began his professional career in Wilmington and has worked for many years in Delaware & Pennsylvania. He opened & managed four restaurant’s kitchens as Director of Food Operations for the Big Fish Restaurant Group. He currently owns and operates At Your Service Chef Consultant, LLC. offering restaurant consulting services throughout Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland.
